If you want to share with an old-school visionary, María is the person who can easily entertain you with stories and inspire you with her culinary wisdom.

We met in the late 90’s at a time when most people had only heard of alfalfa and mung beans. Sprouting is the key to making truly live food and María is a master like no other.
